Mules, Mules, EVERYWHERE!

It's safe to say that Mules are here to stay (and I am not mad). I have always been a loafers person so I was immediately drawn to Mules when I saw everyone wearing them, I knew I needed a pair. Clearly, I was drawn to the Gucci Leather Slipper (Five), but couldn't justify spending the money on them, when I didn't even try them on yet.

 Not long after, I found a pair at Target (Four), which I purchased because you COULD NOT beat the price. I have bought plenty of shoes from Target in the past, and it has always been a hit or miss. These ones looked fairly similar to the Gucci slippers, so I figured I would take the gamble and buy them. It just so happens, they are SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! Such a great investment. If anyone is looking for a similar pair to the Gucci Slippers, I would suggest these. (And I would say they run True To Size) 

Once I started looking, I found Mules of all styles and colors everywhere and for every price range. Tassels seem to be big with Mules as well, I didn't get a pair with Tassels since my loafers have tassels on them already. Sam Edelman (Six), J.Crew (Seven), and Steve Madden (Three) have great tassel options. The silver Steve Madden Mules would definitely great for dressing up any outfit with that pop of shine. 

Similarly, G. H. Bass (Eight) makes a gold mule which is neutral enough to go with any outfit. I have a pair of loafers from G. H. Bass and basically live in them, so I would trust these when it comes to comfort. 

If you are looking more for a suede look, Louise et Die Dugan (Two) has a beautiful beige suede Mule that would look great when the weather starts to get warmer. On the contrary, Franco Sarto (One) has a nice black mule for the office or a Saturday out.

I think there is a Mule out there for everyone. I didn't think I could pull them off at all and now I can't think of an outfit I can't wear them with! I suggest everyone thinks about investing in a pair!!
