Oxford Button Up Dress

UPDATE: I am sorry!! This is my first post since the end of October for technical reasons.. On my trip to Florida, my computer broke in the middle of our voyage. I could not fix it, and realized it had to wait till I got home. WELL, when I returned home, life got in the way and I had to get back int he swing of things so my laptop had to wait about a week. Little did I know, there was a graphics issue with my Mac and had to be shipped away to be fixed! (which meant waiting another 3-5 days) So, here I am! Back & better than ever with new ideas & excitement all around! Please enjoy my post that has been delayed since October!

Now, back to our regularly scheduled blogging...

Recently, I've been looking high and low for a button up dress. I could not tell you why if you asked. I've seen them EVERYWHERE, but whenever I tried one on, it just did not look right.

When in Savannah, we stopped by their outlets (because, SALES!!!) to see if anything was worthwhile. Now, remember when shopping in Abercrombie & Fitch was a cool thing? I know I do. It was the first store we saw, so I figured I would jump in the deep end and give it a glance. Little did I know, I would be walking out with a button up oxford dress shortly after! The dress was perfect, it is a light red/salmon color & did not have sleeves. I thought that aspect was perfect because I could throw sweaters with it and not worry about if it was bulky or not. Likewise, the color was perfect. The other two colors they had were too washed out for me.

I am very excited with my purchase and cannot wait to style it with multiple items! Here are some shots of the dress while spending the afternoon in Savannah.
