This year, we were out of the house by 8ish and at the mall by 8:30. The first store we hit was Gap, because in the past, they seemed to always have good deals and they did not disappoint... Your entire purchase was 50% off!! How can you beat that!! Like I mentioned in my previous post (Here is that post), I usually splurge on a new sweater, but this year I wasn't a fan of any really. It's nothing against Gap, they just weren't my style or didn't fit the way I expected. So instead, we all leaned towards the Gap Fit line. They have a great work out line of clothes. I've been running a lot and searching for warmer clothes so I grabbed a pair of Reflective Leggings and a Fleece (with built in mittens!!)
Next Stop: Steve Madden. Today, their deal was buy one pair of shoes and get the second pair 70% off. I teamed up with my sister to find a pair of shoes for the each of us. I didn't have the best luck here at first, but finally found something that I liked. Being 5'9", you tend to have a larger foot which means finding shoes can sometimes be difficult. I had my eye on these booties at first, but unfortunately after trying them on they were a tad too small even in my regular size. This did not deter me from finding a pair of shoes though! After searching and searching I found a great pair of flats to bring all my outfits up a notch.
Those two stores are the ones we hit every year without fail, so now I am going to do my best to list some of the best sales I saw today and some great products I saw in stores. Most of these sales run through the weekend too so it's not too late to buy those christmas gifts! (or a little something for yourself)
