Before last year, I had the same basic frames since about my sophomore year of high school (I'm 23 now). They were a basic pair of free frames that seemed to be the easiest choice every year. When they asked me about new frames, I thought it was time to move on. Let me just say, it was definitely time to move on since multiple woman at my eye doctors office stated that, "only the old men got these frames!" I needed to find a frame that I loved since I found myself wearing contacts less and glasses more that would not break the bank.
After searching the internet, and asking everyone I knew, I finally came across a company which spoke out to me and seemed to have frames that I loved, Warby Parker. This seemed like a company that wanted to make a difference and had stylish frames that I can wear everyday! For every pair that is purchased, another pair goes to someones in need. That was a real selling point. And when it comes to the glasses? They have at home try on, so you can figure out which one looks best on you. This was perfect for me, since I tend to have a pretty big head and not everything looks ideal. I highly recommend everyone going to their site or stores and trying on some of their frames! Oh yeah, they're only about $99!! (This is why I bought two pairs).
